'Loyalty Scheme' - In addition to our low prices, we are currently trialling a new loyalty scheme aimed at saving our guests even more.
Stay 7 nights and get the 8th free.

Simply pick up our 'loyalty card' during your visit, get one stamp for every night stayed each time you visit. Once you've reached 7, the next time you visit for 2 nights or more, 1 of those nights is absolutely free.....it's as simple as that!

Newlands Discounts:

• Children under 3 - free (max. one free child place per booking, D.o.B proof required)
• Children 3 to 12 - half price (D.o.B proof required)
• OAP's - 10% discount (proof required)
• Equity members / Musician's Union - 10% discount (valid membership card required)
  

Groups/Parties:

Here at the Newlands Hotel we do not take same sex groups, stag or hen parties, etc.   Family groups, mixed parties of friends, conference or competition attendees and contractors are however accepted.   Prices / terms and conditions for such bookings available on request.

Accommodation provisionally booked shall be held for a maximum of five working days, please confirm your booking within that time along with a £20 deposit per person (non-refundable).

Un-confirmed bookings are assumed to have been cancelled and rooms will therefore be re-booked.

Rooms held on 'short notice' shall have terms agreed at the time of arrangement and holding of rooms shall be based upon proposed arrival time.

Full payment by cheque can only be accepted if balance is received a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.

No refund can be given for meals not taken.
